Longitudinal MEA recordings on Multi Channel Systems / Axion Maestro. Culture support if you send cells; end-to-end if you send a project.
Analysis
Spike detection, firing rate, burst analysis, cross-correlation, network connectivity, LTP-like induction quantification. Statistical comparison across conditions.
Figures
Publication-quality figures ready for direct submission to journals. Vector output (SVG/PDF). Colorblind-safe palettes.
Written report
Methods, results, statistical interpretation, and figure legends written in the voice of a peer-reviewed paper. Ready to fold into your manuscript.
